New leaks reveal exciting details regarding the cameras of the upcoming OPPO Find X9 Ultra phone, which is expected to come as a direct successor to the Find X8 Ultra phone.

Information indicates that the company is preparing to launch the phone in April next year, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor.

In a post on the Weibo platform, the well-known leaker, Digital Chat Station, revealed advanced specifications for the phone’s imaging system. According to the leak, the Find X9 Ultra will rely on two 200-megapixel cameras on the back, with support for optical zoom up to 10 times.

For comparison, OPPO had introduced a periscope dual camera system in the Find X8 Ultra, but the new generation seems to see a clear jump in performance.

It is said that the phone will include a 200-megapixel main camera with a light capture ability superior to 1-inch sensors, which indicates significant improvements in night photography and detail quality.

In addition, the leaks indicate the presence of a 200-megapixel periscope camera with improved light sensitivity, in addition to another 50-megapixel periscope camera capable of providing true optical zoom up to 10x.

According to the leaker, this system will offer a basic focal length of 230 mm, which can be extended to 460 mm while maintaining imaging quality at a true optical level.
