communication Nubia Company Promoting its new RedMagic 11 Air smartphone, scheduled to be launched in China on January 20. After publishing the official images and color options, the company has now revealed more information about its cooling system, or specifically, the active cooling fan.
RedMagic 11 Pro phone
The device, branded as ‘Wind Chaser 4.0’, is said to be capable of reaching a maximum speed of 24,000 rpm, the same speed as the RedMagic 11 Pro. It is mounted inside an air-cooled, aerospace-grade aluminum chassis on top of a printed circuit board. Although this design is common in smartphones, what distinguishes this device – or at least makes it look special – is the “Air” branding. It is said to be the industry’s first phone to carry the ‘Air’ branding and feature an efficient cooling fan.

The teaser also makes big claims about the steam room’s cooling system. According to the manufacturer, the “industry-first ultra-thick vapor chamber cooling design with ice gradient technology” improves the heat dissipation capacity of the vapor chamber by 47%, and this design has obtained national patent certification. However, the teaser did not mention protecting the phone from water and dust.
The RedMagic 11 Air is said to be equipped with a 7,000 mAh battery, which is a remarkable number for an ‘Air’ phone. What about its thickness and weight?
Well, this won’t sound as amazing if you imagine it as an iPhone Air with an active cooling system. The thickness of 7.85mm and weight of 207 grams are normal, not thin and light.
On the other hand, the RedMagic 11 Pro phone came from October last year with a body thickness of 8.9 mm, a battery with a capacity of 7500 mAh, and a weight of 230 grams.
According to previous reports, the RedMagic 11 Air will be equipped with an active cooling system, in addition to the brand’s Cube game engine, a self-developed Red Core R4 chip dedicated to electronic games, and a built-in computer emulator. Some may also like the transparent design of this new model.
