Major General Ashraf Al-Jundi, Governor of Gharbia, led a massive campaign to remove building violations in the city of Mahalla Al-Kubra, including the areas of Manshiyet Al-Bakri, Al-Jumhuriya, and Al-Sha’biya, within the framework of implementing the state’s directives to decisively confront all forms of illegal construction and preserve the prestige of the law and the rights of citizens.

The governor personally supervised the removal work on the ground and followed its implementation moment by moment, stressing that the governorate continues to deal forcefully and firmly with any infringements or violations without exception.

The campaign came in full coordination with the agencies SecurityWith the participation of the relevant executive agencies, to ensure the implementation of removal decisions to the fullest extent, as the Governor of Gharbia stressed that any violation represents a clear assault on the rights of the state and the citizen, and the imposition of a fait accompli will not be allowed under any circumstances, stressing that the governorate is moving according to a clear plan aimed at eliminating building violations from their roots, and not allowing them to return again.

Major General Ashraf El Gendy, Governor of Gharbia, confirmed that the state will not tolerate any violator, and that the law will be implemented with all decisiveness and force, stressing that the massive campaigns will continue on a daily and sudden basis in all centers and cities of the governorate, and that there will be no discrimination between one violator and another, saying: “There will be no retreat from confronting building violations, and we will not allow the state’s right to be wasted or harmed to citizens, and anyone who violates will be held accountable in a deterrent manner according to the law.”

The Governor of Gharbia explained that full coordination with the security forces contributed to the speedy implementation of removal decisions and securing work sites, stressing that maintaining proper urban planning and preventing slums is at the forefront of the governorate’s priorities, because of its direct impact on the quality of life and services provided to citizens, and these campaigns primarily aim to protect the simple citizen and ensure a safe and orderly urban environment.

The Governor of Gharbia concluded his statements by emphasizing that the governorate is strongly continuing to implement the directives of the political leadership, and will not allow any violation of the law, calling on citizens to fully adhere to the laws regulating construction and to cooperate with executive agencies, stressing that true development is only achieved under discipline and the rule of law.
