Omar Sylla pointed out that there is cooperation with the private sector in order to reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable development paths, stressing that the reform measures taken by Egypt contributed to the issuance of about 1.8 million housing units, stressing its full commitment to supporting Egypt’s efforts to confront climate change and expand the scope of the financing market.
Sela stressed the Foundation’s pioneering role in issuing green bonds, developing the green market, and sustainability bonds, in addition to financing climate projects, as well as providing specialized advisory services aimed at reducing energy consumption and improving its efficiency.
