The details of their arrest came as a result of disrupting the airport system and filming without a permit and prior permission, and in accordance with the procedures for the filming process inside the airport, while lawyer Ashraf Nabil was boarding a private plane from inside the airport to plead in a case in Aswan. A report was drawn up on the incident and legal measures were taken against the photographers of lawyer Ashraf Nabil.
Social media users circulated a video clip of lawyer Ashraf Nabil, on board a private plane, heading to Aswan Governorate, surrounded by a group of private guards.
Ashraf Nabil posted a video clip on his Facebook account and commented: On a private plane, the advisor, Ashraf Nabil, the criminal lawyer, headed to Aswan to assume the defense of a person sentenced to death.
