Today, Thursday, the Shorouk and Badr Misdemeanor Court decided to punish a housewife accused of running over the student Jana in front of a school in Shorouk, on charges of manslaughter, with one year in prison and a bail of 5,000 pounds.
The details of the incident are due to the Shorouk Police Department receiving a notification from a hospital stating the arrival of a female student who was seriously injured as a result of a hit-and-run accident, but she died during attempts to rescue her.
A security force went to the site of the accident, and the examination revealed that the student was on her way home after leaving school, when she was hit by a speeding car driven by a parent.
The security services were able to arrest the accused and seize the car used in the accident in preparation for completing the legal procedures.
