Civil Protection Forces in Cairo were able to control a fire that broke out inside a clothing factory under the Saray Al-Qubba Towers in the Zaytoun area.
Details of controlling a clothing store fire in Al-Zaytoun
Upon examination, it was found that the fire broke out in a clothing store on the ground floor inside a 12-storey building. Two fire trucks were dispatched. The fire resulted in the death of two people and 8 others suffering from suffocation, and they received all necessary first aid.
The details of the incident date back to when the Rescue Operations Room of the Cairo Security Directorate received a report stating that a fire had broken out in a clothing factory beneath the Saray Al-Qubba Towers.
Immediately, civil protection forces moved to the location of the report, supported by fire engines and ambulances. A security cordon was imposed around the location of the report. The fire was controlled and the cooling process was completed to prevent the fire from renewing again. A report was drawn up regarding the incident.
