Two fraternal children drowned after falling into the waters of the Bishma Sea within the Saadiya village of the Belqas Center in Dakahlia Governorate, while they were returning from the village of Kafr Al-Jarayda, affiliated to the Bella Center in Kafr El-Sheikh. They were riding a motorcycle with their father while returning home in the village of Saadiya.

The emergency room of the Directorate of Health Affairs in Kafr El-Sheikh monitored the arrival of a girl and her brother to the morgue of Bella Central Hospital, two lifeless bodies, and their other sister to the reception and emergency department of the hospital, alleging a drowning accident in a stream.

The policemen moved to Pella Central Hospital and found that the bodies of the two children were “Sarah” and “Youssef” A.M., and the health inspector was assigned to conduct a medical examination on them. It was found that they had died from drowning, and there was no criminal suspicion in the incident.

The first investigations revealed, according to eyewitnesses, that the father, the father of the two deceased children, was riding a motorcycle, accompanied by his three sons, and while they were returning to their home in the village of Al-Saadiya, the steering wheel broke off and he fell on the motorcycle into the waters of the Bishma Sea in the area between the villages of Al-Manasher and Al-Aqa in the Trian Bridge district within the Belqas Center in Dakahlia Governorate, which led to the death of a girl and her brother, while the father and his other child were rescued.

The body of the deceased girl was recovered by the family, while river rescue men succeeded in finding the body of the second victim, the young child.
