The ruling on accusing the head of the Engineers Syndicate of refraining from implementing a judicial ruling
The investigating authorities had referred the head of the Engineers Syndicate to trial on the grounds of failure to implement the judicial ruling issued in favor of a member of the syndicate, which stipulated that he was entitled to receive his financial dues.
Lawyer Muhammad Anwar, defending the engineer who benefited from the ruling, said that the decision to reserve the case for judgment confirms the completion of the defense and prosecution arguments, noting that the case represents a test of respect for the validity of judicial rulings and the necessity of implementing them without delay, according to him.
