The security services at the Ministry of Interior were able to arrest blogger Angie Hamada, on charges of publishing video clips on her social media pages, including her dancing in indecent clothing that is inconsistent with societal values.
The General Administration for the Protection of Morals in the Specialized Police Sector monitored a content maker posting video clips on her social media pages, including her dancing in indecent clothing that is inconsistent with societal values.
Following the codification of the procedures, the aforementioned woman was found “criminally registered” while she was in the Badr Police Department in Cairo and in possession of (3) mobile phones. Examination of them revealed that they contained evidence confirming her criminal activity.
When confronted, she admitted to publishing the aforementioned video clips on her social media pages. To increase viewership rates and achieve financial profits, legal measures were taken.
