An official source within the Zamalek Club revealed the position of the club’s board of directors regarding the bloc that recently appeared in the media under the name of the Salvation Front, around which widespread controversy has been raised over the past few days regarding its role in resolving the White Castle crises.

The source confirmed, in statements to Cairo 24, that the Zamalek Board of Directors, headed by Hussein Labib, has not yet had any official contact with this bloc, whether to hold meetings or to present ideas and proposals related to discussing the club’s crises or contributing to finding solutions to the difficult situations it is going through during the current period.

The source stressed that everything that is being circulated in the media about the existence of coordination or communication between the Board of Directors and the Salvation Front is baseless, describing these conversations as media jurisprudence only.

The source explained that the Zamalek Board of Directors does not reject any serious initiative aimed at supporting the club or helping to solve its crises, pointing out that the club is an ancient entity and is not limited to specific people or groups, but rather belongs to all its fans and fans.

He added that the door is open to any person or entity with a real vision and ability to help, provided that this is through official channels and for the club’s benefit only.

The source concluded his statements by affirming that the Board of Directors welcomes all sincere efforts that seek to save Zamalek from its current crises, stressing that real cooperation must be based on direct communication and hard work, and not through media statements or stirring controversy without practical steps on the ground.
