Shmyhal said that he leaves this position confident that the processes launched will become the basis for further changes and reforms, and that joint achievements will form a basis for Ukraine’s stability.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced a change in the structure of the Ministry of Defense, proposing to appoint Mykhailo Fedorov as its head, adding that Denis Shmyhal will remain on the team, as he was offered another important task in government work.
In another context, 4 oil tankers operated by Greek companies were attacked by unidentified drones, today, Tuesday, in the Black Sea as they were heading to load oil from the Caspian Sea Pipeline Alliance terminal on the Russian coast, according to what eight sources told Reuters.
It is not yet clear who was responsible for the drone attack, and Ukraine has not commented on the recent attacks, while the Caspian Sea Pipeline Alliance station refused to comment on the attack.
On November 29, a Ukrainian drone targeted one of the three main piers of the coalition station near the port of Novorossiysk, which led to a decline in oil exports and production in Kazakhstan.
