Fathi Suleiman pointed out that the Ministry of Interior’s security vigilance foiled the terrorist’s plan to target the presidential plane, adding that the Ministry of Interior uses modern technologies, which has enhanced the efficiency of its performance in confronting terrorist plans.

The editor-in-chief of Cairo 24 also revealed Abdel-Wanis’s role in planning and leading the fugitive Hasm terrorist movement abroad to carry out hostile operations during the year 2019, including preparing car bombs, one of which exploded in front of the National Cancer Institute in Qasr Al-Aini, in addition to his pushing some terrorist elements present abroad to return and carry out operations against the country, which were thwarted thanks to their monitoring and control.
