The remaining works in Al-Fustat Park are being carried out in preparation for opening and operation
Counselor Muhammad Al-Homsani, the official spokesman for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, said that the meeting discussed the implementation of the remaining works in Al-Fustat Park, in light of the preparations for the opening of the park, in preparation for its operation and opening to visitors.
The official spokesman for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers explained, in this regard, that a report was reviewed on the executive position of the Fustat Gardens project, indicating the completion of development work in the area of Amr Ibn Al-Aas Mosque Square and the cultural area, which includes six restaurants and the Egyptian-Cairene Club, and stressing that the completion rate has reached about 95%.
Counselor Muhammad Al-Homsani continued that during the meeting, the position of examining architectural and construction works, sidewalk works, parking lots, and pedestrian walkways was presented, as well as the position of examining works of water, sewage, and irrigation networks, in addition to examining electrical, mechanical, and fire-fighting works, and the necessity of completing the remaining works at the highest level of quality was confirmed.
Al-Homsani pointed out that the meeting reviewed the executive position of the new urban complex in West Dabaa, the infrastructure works, paving and paving of roads, and the implementation of utility networks for drinking water, sanitation, and electrical power throughout the project, as well as the position of the service buildings that include a school, the health unit, and the commercial market, where it was confirmed that the implementation rates are going well.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Prime Minister directed that all remaining work on the Fustat Gardens Project be quickly completed with high quality, so that the project can be opened and started operating.
