The Companions of the Earth series concluded its events with one of its most influential episodes during the season, as the last episode carried strong messages and documented the journey of treating 28 children who survived the war in Palestine and were transferred to Egypt.

The makers of the series “The Companions of the Earth” decided that the last episode of the series would contain a special documentary film entitled “The Key to Return.”
The film presented true stories of heroes who survived the genocide and conveyed their testimonies to the audience, so that this work was a documentary that sheds light on the journey of 28 Palestinian children who crossed the harsh conditions of war in Gaza, arriving in Egypt to receive the necessary medical treatment.
It is noteworthy that the series Companions of the Earth, which was shown on the DMC, DMC Drama, Al-Hayat, and WATCH IT digital channels, was based on events inspired by the real facts of the war in Gaza after October 7, 2023, and a group of stars from Egypt and Palestine participated in it, including Menna Shalabi, Iyad Nassar, Issam Al-Saqqa, Tara Abboud and others. It was directed by Peter Mimi and written by Ammar Sabry.
The series “Companions of the Earth” starring Menna Shalabi, Iyad Nassar, Adam Bakri, Tara Abboud, Diana Rahma, Adam Bakri, Sarah Youssef, and the events revolved around the impact of the Gaza war, the life of an Egyptian doctor intersects with a Palestinian man, to begin a harsh journey of steadfastness and survival, in which the meanings of hope and humanity are evident in the midst of destruction and death.
