Dr. Mohamed Hani Ghoneim, Governor of Fayoum, held an expanded meeting with the executive body of the local unit of the center and city of Itsa, and the heads of local rural units, to follow up on a number of vital files and discuss mechanisms for improving all services provided to citizens.

This came in the presence of Major General Dr. Hisham Abdel Samie Al-Shimi, Secretary-General Governorate Assistant, Dr. Ahmed Thabet, head of the local unit of the center and city of Itsa, Mustafa Zain Al-Abidin, director general of state property in the governorate, Hani Al-Husseini, director of technical support and follow-up of technological centers, Amal Hussein, head of the Spatial Information Infrastructure Unit, Amal Nadi, director of the electronic system for legalizing state property lands, and officials of the technological center and engineering administration in the center and city of Itsa.

The Governor of Fayoum stresses the intensification of public hygiene campaigns

During the meeting, the head of the city of Itsa reviewed the position of removing encroachments on state-owned lands during the second phase of the 28th wave of removals, and the response to the system of illegal spatial changes, as well as the position of reconciliation on building violations, the performance rates in the file of legalizing state-owned lands, and the performance of the integrated solid waste management system. He also reviewed public cleaning work, the government complaints system, the position of public store licenses, building licenses, advertisements, markets, parking, and mechanisms for maximizing resources. Subjectivity.

The Governor of Fayoum stressed the need to scrutinize responses to the system of spatial variables and achieve the set targets, stressing the need to firmly address all violations of encroachment on agricultural lands, and immediately remove encroachments in the cradle, while checking coordinates and surveying cases, and taking the necessary legal measures against violators.

Intensifying public hygiene campaigns

The governor also stressed the need to intensify public cleaning campaigns and raise occupancy within the city and all the villages of the center, and to constantly review the technical condition of the campaign’s mechanical equipment, as well as the speed of removing waste and disinfection products on canals and seas, to preserve the public health of citizens and achieve the appropriate aesthetic and cultural appearance, while reviewing contracts concluded with irrigation departments regarding the removal of waste and disinfection products.

The Governor of Fayoum pointed out the necessity of prior coordination with utility companies before issuing building permits, to ensure the availability of the necessary electrical capabilities and the drinking water needs of these residential units, before issuing licenses.

The Governor of Fayoum, Assistant General Secretary, also directed the activation of the market list in all centers, in coordination with the General Administration of Financial and Administrative Affairs in the governorate, stressing the importance of maximizing the use of available resources and making optimal use of them in a way that contributes to increasing revenues.
