Today, Wednesday, Dr. Jacqueline Azar, Governor of Beheira, held the regular citizen service meeting at the governorate’s general office, in the presence of executive leaders and directors of service directorates, to discuss complaints and requests submitted by residents and take urgent measures to resolve them.
Listening to citizens’ complaints and resolving them
The Governor of Beheira met with a number of citizens and listened to their demands and complaints related to basic services, social care, job opportunities, treatment, and facilitating government procedures. She directed that all cases be quickly examined and that the necessary measures be taken to achieve an immediate response.
The governor stressed that these meetings represent a real platform for monitoring daily problems on the ground and dealing with them immediately, ensuring justice, equal opportunities, and enhancing citizens’ confidence in government institutions.
The governor stressed the importance of full coordination between all executive agencies to ensure removing the causes of problems and following up on the implementation of proposed solutions to ensure tangible results on the ground, stressing that the governorate’s agencies work within an integrated system aimed at improving the quality of services and alleviating the burden on citizens.
