How to prepare for making hawawshi
1- In a bowl, put the meat, onions and vinegar. Add salt, black pepper and mixed Arabic spices. Mix the ingredients until combined.
2- Form balls from the meat mixture and place them on a plate.
3- Open a loaf of bread and spread a ball of the meat mixture inside. Repeat the process until the quantity runs out.
4- Grease the tops of the loaves with vegetable oil. Cover each loaf with parchment paper and place it in an oven tray.
5- Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the tray in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the hawawshi is cooked.
