It was witnessed in Sidhoum neighborhood in the Kom Abbas area in the western neighborhood of the city AssiutToday, Sunday, an old house built of mud bricks partially collapsed, without causing any casualties or injuries.

Major General Wael Nassar, Director of Assiut Security, received a notification from the Chief of the First Assiut Police Department, stating that a report had been received from the Rescue Operations Room that a partial collapse had occurred in an old house in the Kom Abbas area in the Gharb neighborhood.
Police officers, ambulances, and civil protection and rescue forces went to the site of the accident, and inspection and examination revealed a partial collapse in the house of Munira Sami Abadir, 75 years old, without any casualties.
A security cordon was imposed around the property to preserve the safety of citizens, and the Engineering Department in the Gharb neighborhood was notified to take the necessary measures.
A report has been drawn up regarding the incident, and it is being presented to the competent authorities.
