The Chamber of Tourism Companies announced, in its Circular No. (51) of 2026, the organization of exceptional committees for personal interviews for representatives of tourism companies, in coordination with the Central Administration of Tourism Companies, as part of joint efforts to facilitate procedures for companies operating in the sector.

This decision comes in response to requests from tourism companies regarding re-providing the opportunity to conduct personal interviews for delegates in preparation for issuing technical approval for entry permits to air, land and sea ports, in addition to supporting companies whose representatives were unable to attend on previous dates or are required to repeat the interview.
The circular stated that it was decided to hold two extraordinary committees on Saturday, April 18, 2026, and Saturday, April 25, 2026, starting at ten in the morning, with tourism companies booking appointments through the central management services portal, and entering the data for each delegate, including the phone number.
He also pointed out the continuation of holding periodic interview committees, which are held every Monday of every week, starting at one o’clock in the afternoon, with an emphasis on adherence to the approved regulatory procedures.
The Chamber confirmed that this step comes within the framework of ongoing cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities to facilitate procedures, reduce the burden on companies, and ensure the speedy completion of transactions related to the entry permit system, in keeping with the increasing number of applicants.
