The Ministry of Education and Technical Education continues its early preparations for the high school exams for the academic year 2025/2026, through a package of strict measures to confront attempts at cheating and ensure the integrity of the exam process.
Sources at the Ministry of Education revealed to Cairo 24 that among the measures being worked on is providing all committees for the 2026 high school exams with surveillance cameras, with the aim of tightening oversight within the committees and controlling any attempts to disrupt the conduct of the exams.

The measures also include intensifying monitoring and follow-up work on fraud groups and pages that are activated through various types of social media, with immediate action to close them in coordination with the relevant authorities, arresting those responsible for their management, and taking the necessary legal measures against them.
Preparations also include monitoring groups and pages that promote the sale of cheating headphones or any electronic means used to facilitate cheating within committees, especially with the approaching high school exam season, and working to close them and take legal measures against those responsible for them.
The sources confirmed that the penalties applied to all those involved in any actions that would disrupt the high school examination system will be tightened, within the framework of the Ministry’s keenness to achieve the principle of equal opportunities among students and maintain the credibility of the examinations.
