Qena Governorate announced that the Health Directorate will organize a free medical convoy, next Sunday, at the health unit in Karam Amran village, Qena Center, as part of the governorate’s keenness to enhance health support for the most needy groups.

The governorate explained, in a media statement, that the convoy provides free examination and treatment services to citizens, noting that it includes a number of important medical specialties, including internal medicine, pediatrics, dermatology, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, and measuring blood pressure and sugar, in addition to dispensing medications for free.

The governorate confirmed that organizing the convoy comes within the plan of the Health Directorate, to provide medical care and facilitate citizens’ access to treatment services without financial burdens.

The governorate also stressed the continued implementation of medical convoys in the villages most in need, in support of the state’s efforts to provide comprehensive care and achieve health equity among citizens.
