A delegation from the Ministry of Social Solidarity, headed by Ayman Abdel Mawjoud, Permanent Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Solidarity, made a visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in order to determine the final preparations for the Hajj season 1447 AH – 2026 AD.
Solidarity inspects the sites of pilgrims of civil society organizations in Arafa and Mina
The delegation of the Ministry of Social Solidarity and the National Foundation for Hajj Facilitation met with “Bushra Al-Diyafa” Company for Hajj and Umrah Services at its headquarters in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, within the framework of strengthening the partnership to serve pilgrims from private associations for the Hajj season 1447 AH.
Bushra Al-Diyafa Company reviewed the operational readiness system in Arafa and Mina, and the plans for the designated operational sites, in addition to the integrated services package, “housing, catering, transportation, and logistical services,” which reflects early readiness and clarity of vision and plans in the various locations.
The delegation conducted a field tour in the Holy Sites, which included the sites of Arafa and Mina, during which it viewed a number of ready-made models of camps and services on the ground. The tour reflected the consistency of what was presented in the meeting room with the actual implementation in the field, in a way that embodies advanced readiness and early practical preparation for the season.
The Permanent Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Solidarity confirmed that what he saw was reassuring and considered an unprecedented early readiness at this time, and also reflects high professionalism that enhances confidence in the quality of services provided to pilgrims.
For his part, Ali bin Hussein Bandakji, representative of the “Bushra Hospitality” company, confirmed that the readiness achieved is the result of early planning and integration between various sectors, with the aim of providing a Hajj experience that meets the aspirations of the Egyptian pilgrim, indicating that the company is continuing to implement its operational plans in accordance with the highest standards, and in a way that ensures complete readiness before the arrival of the guests of God.
The delegation of the Ministry of Social Solidarity included Ali Mubarak, Treasurer of the National Foundation for Hajj Facilitation, Counselor Karim Qalawi, Vice President of the State Council and Legal Advisor to the Minister of Social Solidarity and member of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, Amr Hosni, Deputy Executive Director of the National Foundation for Hajj Facilitation, and Mohamed Rashwan, Financial Director of the Foundation.
