The Imam of the Qiblah at Al-Azhar Mosque gives several tips to Tarawih imams during the month of Ramadan
He wrote on his Facebook account: Advice for the Tarawih imam:
– Avoid drinking tea, coffee, and the like, and replace them with fenugreek, chamomile, and anise.
– He only drinks warm water; If not, then it is normal, not cold.
– He speaks less, and if he recites a recitation or reviews his memorization, it is in a low voice that does not strain his throat.
– He breaks his fast with dates, a drink, and very little food, then has dinner after Tarawih as he wishes.
– He recites in a voice that is consistent with his nature and does not affect himself. He begins quietly and then gets louder little by little, and does not get louder unless the verse stirs his feelings.
