Upon examination, it was revealed that on March 3 of this year, the Banha Police Station was informed by (a company owner who holds the nationality of one of the countries) that he was harmed by (two brothers, one of whom holds the nationality of one of the countries), all residing in Qalyubia Governorate, that a quarrel had occurred between them due to a dispute over the ownership of a piece of land located in the district of the station, and that the complainant had moved their transport vehicle onto the land, and one of them assaulted him by insulting and beating him with a white weapon, causing his injury.
The Interior Ministry’s statement explained that the center was later informed from a hospital that it had received one of the defendants “suffering from a bruise, a cut wound, and suspected post-concussion.”
During his discussion, he denied what was attributed to him and accused the complainant and others of attacking him with a white weapon – a wooden stick, causing his injury in the same dispute.
When the two parties confronted each other, they exchanged accusations, legal measures were taken against them, and the Public Prosecution took over the investigation.
