Removal of dozens of violations within wave 28 in a number of centers in Qalyubia
The city of Qanater al-Khairiya witnessed removal campaigns, where the executive agencies were able to remove 26 cases of encroachment with a total area of 2,790 square metres. In a related context, the campaigns in the city of Al-Khosos succeeded in implementing decisions to remove violating upper floors with a total area estimated at 1,200 metres, while the city of Banha recorded the removal of 8 cases of encroachment with an area of 920 metres, within the framework of the governorate’s plan to prevent random and unlicensed construction and apply the law to everyone without exception.
In the center and city of Shebin al-Qanater, the work of wave 28 continued intensively, as the removal of 12 cases of encroachment outside the urban space was carried out in various areas, including 516 square meters in Nawa, 500 square meters in Tahanoub, 200 square meters in Al-Ahraz, and 100 square meters in Tahouria, in addition to dismantling wooden forms for buildings under construction. The forces were also able in a subsequent campaign to remove 8 additional cases with an area exceeding 1,100 square metres, to confirm The governorate has full control over the villages and their affiliated centers.
As for the city of Qalyoub, efforts resulted in the removal of a white brick building on an area of 6 square meters in the Kom Ashfin area, in addition to the removal of a violating truss on an area of 4 square meters. In the same context, the city of Toukh carried out 7 cases of immediate removal of the cradle, while the city of Kafr Shukr witnessed the removal of 10 cases of encroachment. The governor of Qalyubia directed the necessity of removing all removal waste immediately to ensure that the encroachments do not return again, while taking the necessary legal measures against violators and referring them.
