Major General Dr. Hisham Abu Al-Nasr, Governor, announced AssiutImplementing massive campaigns that resulted in the removal of 17 cases of encroachment on an area of 1,210 square meters of buildings, in addition to a carat and 20 shares of agricultural land, during the second day of the first phase of the 28th wave of removing encroachments, which continues until March 27, in implementation of the directives of the political leadership, to preserve state lands and agricultural lands and impose the prestige of the law.
Removal of 17 cases of encroachment on buildings and agricultural lands in 4 centers in Assiut
The Governor of Assiut explained that the removal campaigns were carried out in 4 centers at the governorate level, including Sidfa, Al-Fath, Abnoub, and Abu Tig, as part of the continuing efforts made by the governorate and the executive branch to decisively confront all forms of infringement, and take deterrent legal measures against violators without exception.
The governor added that the local unit of the center and city of Sidfa was able to remove an immediate case of encroachment on agricultural lands, and a case of encroachment within the spatial variables was removed within the scope of the local unit of the center and city of Abnoub, in addition to removing 3 cases of encroachment on agricultural lands and spatial variables in the center and city of Al-Fath, in addition to removing 12 cases of encroachment on spatial variables in the center and city of Abu Tig.
Major General Dr. Hisham Abu Al-Nasr confirmed that the removal campaigns are being carried out with the utmost determination and without any tolerance, with full coordination continuing between local units, law enforcement forces, and all concerned parties, stressing daily field follow-up to ensure achieving the target of the current wave, preserving the agricultural area and state property, and preventing the return of encroachments again.
At the conclusion of his statements, the Governor of Assiut renewed his call on citizens to cooperate with state agencies and immediately report any violations or encroachments on land or violating construction, stressing that all reports are dealt with immediately and decisively.
