Today, Thursday, an American judge rejected an antitrust lawsuit filed by Elon Musk’s X Corp., accusing the International Federation of Advertisers and major companies of illegally boycotting the social media platform company “X.”

According to what was published by The Sun website, among the major companies defendants in the “X” lawsuit are “Mars,” “CVS Health,” and “Colgate-Palmolive.” Federal Judge Jane Boyle said in the federal court in Dallas that “X” did not prove that it suffered any harm under federal antitrust laws.

At the same time, Musk is in talks to settle a civil lawsuit filed by the US Securities and Exchange Commission, accusing him of delaying the disclosure of his purchase of a large stake in Twitter in 2022, which enabled him to buy more shares before investors in the market paid attention to that deal.
