The artist prepares Amr Saad To experience a new artistic experience through the series Evraj, which is based on real events and is scheduled to be shown during the Ramadan 2026 season.

The promo of the series featured the release of one of the most dangerous and famous criminal cases that aroused public opinion, and was inspired by a tragic incident that occurred in the village of Zawiyat Beltan in the Toukh Center in Qalyubia Governorate at the end of 2024.
Regarding the story of the series, social media users circulated an opinion claiming that the series tells the story of a man who committed a horrific family crime, as he killed his wife and children before setting fire to the house, which led to the death of his mother and brother, in a shocking incident that revealed deep psychological and social complexities within the Egyptian family.

Amr Saad had previously announced his retirement from television drama, starting next year, through a post on his official Facebook account, stressing that the series “Efraj” came after a huge and arduous effort, saying that the work team was working daily for approximately 16 hours of filming, in an experience he described as exhausting but worth it, indicating that he feels proud of the work he presented that befits the name of Egypt and the history of Egyptian drama.
