Dr. Tariq Saada, head of the Media Syndicate, issued a decision banning the appearance of Osama Hosni, presenter of the Al-Ahly Stadium program on Al-Ahly Channel, due to his violation of Law No. 93 of 2016 in Articles (2-19) as well as his violation of the media honor code.
The decision came based on the report of the Media Observatory and the report of the Registration and Permits Department, which monitored legal and professional violations issued by the aforementioned.
It is worth noting that, within the framework of fruitful and constructive cooperation between the Media Syndicate and the Supreme Council for Media Regulation, the Syndicate will officially address the Council; To take action against the media outlet in accordance with Law No. 180 of 2018.
