In the Arab neighborhood, a dilapidated house on Ahmed Maher Street was evacuated and removed due to its dangerous condition, in addition to halting illegal construction work and waxing the site, while cleaning work and raising the efficiency of roads continued in the Manakh neighborhood on Al-Amin and Obour Streets in front of the social housing towers, in coordination with Nahdet Misr Company, to preserve the cultural appearance and the health of citizens.
Development work also continued in the Al-Zohour neighborhood on Mohamed Riad Street, which included the installation of hail, the construction of rain drains, paving works, and maintenance of lighting poles. In the Al-Dawahi neighborhood, encroachments and occupancy on December 23 and Mustafa Kamel Streets were removed, while campaigns to collect arrears and facilitate payment via electronic payment vehicles continued.
In the South neighborhood, a major cleaning campaign was implemented in the Al-Nasr outlet area and in front of the floating bridge to remove waste and improve the general appearance, while the West neighborhood witnessed sand dredging and raising the efficiency of the public road and the western entrance to the governorate, ensuring an improved visual image for visitors.
