Oscar Ruiz, Chairman of the Main Referees Committee of the Egyptian Football Association, held an expanded meeting, today, Saturday, online via “Google Meet” technology with 100 referees and assistants from international referees and First Division League referees, in the presence of all members of the Main Committee and the Technical Committee.

The meeting lasted nearly two hours, and witnessed extensive discussions on the most prominent arbitration cases witnessed in recent matches, which were carefully analyzed, with the aim of correcting errors and unifying technical visions among referees.
The meeting also discussed preparations for the next stage of the First Division League competitions, within the framework of the committee’s keenness to raise the level of refereeing performance and ensure that matches are managed with the highest levels of efficiency.
Oscar Ruiz continues to hold these meetings periodically, following each round of the league, whether at the Federation’s headquarters in 6th of October City or online, after each round of the competition, to monitor performance and continuously develop the arbitration system.
