One person was killed and another was injured as a result of gunshots being fired during a bridal wedding at the top of the Abu Al-Saud Bridge in the village of Tunis, affiliated with the center. Sohag.
One person was killed and another injured after gunshots were fired at a bride’s wedding in Sohag
Major General Dr. Hassan Abdel Aziz, Assistant Minister of the Interior and Director of Sohag Security, received notification from the governorate’s operations room that an incident of gunfire being fired occurred in the village of Tunis, during wedding celebrations at the top of the Abu Al-Saud Bridge.
Immediately, the relevant agencies moved to the report site, and it was found that Kamal M. A. T., 50 years old, resident of Qarmatia, was killed as a result of a gunshot wound, and Ashraf Abd M. A. T., 45 years old, was also wounded. They were transferred to Sohag General Hospital, where the body was deposited in the morgue and the injured person received treatment.
The necessary report on the incident is being prepared, and the investigating authorities have been notified to initiate investigations.
