He continued: The ambulance arrived after about 45 minutes, and during its transfer, the paramedics were performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and the doctors in the hospital were giving her cardiopulmonary resuscitation and giving her adrenaline, and then the doctor consulted me and said that she died about 10 minutes after we arrived.

He explained: She was in the water, and when the rescuer kept whistling hysterically, I looked towards her and found her back to the hotel and someone next to me tried to throw her a rope, but it didn’t reach her because the distance was far, and I heard her saying my arm in German, and they tried to throw the rope to her, but it wouldn’t reach her.
