The price of navel oranges ranged between 10 and 16 pounds per kilo, while the price of summer oranges ranged between 8 and 14 pounds, while the price of tangerines ranged between 4 and 14 pounds, and grapefruit ranged from 9 to 15 pounds.

This stability in prices comes in conjunction with the state’s ongoing efforts to support the agricultural export sector, by opening new markets for Egyptian products, developing the agricultural quarantine system, and equipping laboratories with the latest technologies.
Egypt exports about 350 agricultural commodities to approximately 160 foreign markets. These efforts have contributed in recent years to increasing the number of export markets by more than 83 new markets, which enhances the global competitiveness of Egyptian agricultural products.
