The Ministry of Endowments and Guidance in Yemen announced that tomorrow, Thursday, is the continuation of the blessed month of Ramadan, and that Friday will be the first day of Eid al-Fitr.
The Ministry explained that this came after the crescent of Shawwal was unable to be seen by the committee in charge of investigating the crescent moon.

On the other hand, the Royal Court in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announced that the Supreme Court decided that tomorrow, Thursday, is the thirtieth of the blessed month of Ramadan, with Friday being the first day of Eid al-Fitr.
The decision came after it was not possible to see the crescent of Shawwal this evening at a number of tarai observatories in the Kingdom.
