As part of preparations for Eid al-Fitr, the Endowments Directorate announced AssiutForming a central operations room headed by Dr. Eid Ali Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments in Assiut, to monitor mosques and Eid squares at the governorate level.

The Chamber’s membership includes: Dr. Ahmed Al-Khatib, Director General of Da’wah, Sheikh Osama Abdel Fattah Mahmoud, Director General of Departments, Sheikh Nasser Muhammad Al-Sayyed Ali, Director of Follow-up, Sheikh Ramadan Juma Ahmed, Head of the Mosques Department, and Sheikh Mahmoud Jamil Mahmoud, Director of the Office of the Undersecretary.
The chamber aims to monitor the readiness of mosques and squares in terms of organization, cleanliness, and availability of imams, with a direct link to sub-departments to deal immediately with any comments.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry confirmed that the Chamber is working around the clock to ensure that Eid prayers take place in an organized and safe atmosphere, while the Director of Da’wah indicated the implementation of an integrated plan to supervise the squares and intensify field follow-up.
This step confirms the readiness of the Assiut Endowments to receive the blessed Eid Al-Fitr in the best way.
