Meanwhile, Hajja Hanaa, the granddaughter of Sheikh Muhammad Rifaat, revealed the family’s refusal to demolish Sheikh Muhammad Rifaat’s cemetery and move his remains to another place.

Sheikh Muhammad Refaat’s granddaughter said during her interview with Cairo 24: There are currently attempts to remove the cemetery and move the remains to another place, and although the other place is good, Sheikh Muhammad Refaat’s family rejects that matter.
The granddaughter of Sheikh Muhammad Rifaat indicated that the family agreed to transfer Sheikh Rifaat’s wife, children, and grandchildren who are buried in the same cemetery, but she does not agree to transfer the sheikh’s body from his place in his current cemetery, especially since he was the one who requested burial in this place.
She concluded her speech by saying: Sheikh Muhammad Rifaat is buried and his body is as it is, and we hope that his grave will not be disturbed.
