Kafr El-Sheikh Electrical Engineering announced that it cut off electricity supply to 11 villages and areas today, Thursday, in order for maintenance and electrical engineering teams to carry out maintenance work to raise the efficiency of transformers and electrical feeders in the targeted areas.
A statement issued by Kafr El-Sheikh Electrical Engineering added that the power outage will start from 8 a.m. until one p.m., or the maintenance teams finish the targeted maintenance work.
Kafr El-Sheikh Electrical Engineering confirmed that the targeted areas are; Othman village and its environs in the Kafr El-Sheikh center, and in the Desouk center for the village of Al-Agouzin and its environs, and in the center of Riyadh, for the village of Al-Bariyah, the village of Al-Thabet, and the dialysis unit area, and in the center of Al-Hamoul for the village of Al-Sahit and its environs.
Electricity will also be cut off in the Motobas center from the village of Khan Al-Jinni, the village of Abu Khashaba and its environs, in Riyadh from the village of Al-Ghabat and its environs, and in the Baltim center from the village of Al-Sabaia.
The local units of the centers and cities of Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate appealed to citizens, bakery owners and hospitals to meet their electricity needs during the power outage and until the electricity returns again.
