The Fayoum Endowments Directorate continued to organize the activities of scholarly councils in jurisprudence, as part of its plan to spread rational religious awareness among citizens, by explaining the book The Light of Clarification and the Deliverance of Souls, one of the most prominent jurisprudential texts that is presented in a simplified style that suits various groups.

These activities come under the patronage of Dr. Osama Al-Azhari, Minister of Endowments, and under the directives of Sheikh Salama Abdel Razek, Director of the Endowments Directorate. FayoumUnder the supervision of Sheikh Yahya Muhammad, Director of Da’wah, and with the participation of a group of distinguished imams.
The councils witnessed a remarkable presence from mosque-goers and students of knowledge, as the imams explained the pillars of prayer in a simplified and smooth manner, while opening the door to discussion and responding to attendees’ inquiries related to their daily affairs, within the framework of enhancing the correct understanding of the provisions of Sharia.
For his part, Sheikh Salama Abdel Razek stressed that these councils come in implementation of the directives of the Ministry of Endowments to spread correct legal knowledge and activate the preaching and educational role of mosques, which contributes to confronting false ideas and consolidating the values of moderation and moderation.
He added that the Directorate continues to organize these councils on a weekly basis within a number of major mosques at the governorate level, calling on citizens to participate and benefit from the scientific content provided, in a way that enhances the building of sound religious awareness and the consolidation of moral values in society.
