Ramadan Al-Sayed said, in statements to the “Number One” program presented by journalist Mohamed Shabana on the CBC channel: “The Egyptian national team played a strong match against Saudi Arabia, and it was one of the best matches of the Pharaohs, as the team played modern football, and it also appeared very well in the first half against Spain.”
He added: “Although the Spanish national team excelled in the second half, the Egyptian national team had the most dangerous opportunity in the match through Omar Marmoush.”
He continued: “The Egyptian national team’s defensive commitment was excellent, and Mustafa Schubert is considered Spain’s man of the match.”
He pointed out: “Ahmed Fattouh was one of the stars of the match, and he has been performing at a distinguished level for some time, and he also excelled himself in this match.”
He explained: “Hamdi Fathi proved his ability to play in the center-back position well during the World Cup, and Yasser Ibrahim was also one of the most prominent stars of the match.”
