Hamdi Ezz confirmed Tourist SyndicateThe union pays great attention to raising the efficiency of workers in the tourism sector, as they are the essential element in improving the quality of services and enhancing the competitiveness of Egyptian tourism.
Ezz: Egypt is a promising market for tourism and investment
Ezz explained during a video for the Cabinet Information Center that the union is constantly working to develop workers’ skills through specialized training programs that include various activities, whether tourism companies, hotels, or tourist restaurants, to keep pace with the latest international standards in the sector.
He said: “The tourism sector is witnessing unprecedented development, and therefore this must be accompanied by continuous development in the skills of workers, which we are keen to do through an advanced training committee that constantly provides modern programs.”
He added that investing in the human element directly reflects on investors, as it contributes to improving the quality of service and increasing productivity, stressing that a trained worker represents a real added value to any tourism project.
He pointed out that Egypt has strong capabilities that make it an attractive environment for tourism investment, in light of the state’s interest in developing the sector, pointing out that tourism represents “a kind of soft diplomacy” that enhances the country’s position globally.
He stressed that increasing the number of tourists during the coming period will require large expansions and investments in the fields of hotels, restaurants and tourism services, stressing that the Egyptian market is a promising opportunity for investors, especially with the availability of qualified human expertise.
