Dr. Maya Morsi, Minister of Social Solidarity, Hassan Raddad, Minister of Labor, and Major General Amr Al-Gharib, Governor of Menoufia, directed the disbursement of aid to the family of each death of the victims of the traffic accident that occurred Thursday morning, in Menoufia Governorate, following the collision of a semi-truck loaded with people with a transport vehicle on the (Sadat – Menouf) road, which resulted in the death of 9 citizens and the injury of 3 others.
It was decided to disburse 600,000 pounds to the family of each victim, with 100,000 pounds from the Ministry of Social Solidarity, 200,000 pounds from the Ministry of Labor, and 300,000 pounds from Menoufia Governorate.
The Ministers of Social Solidarity and Labor, the Head of the Central Administration for Social Protection at the Ministry of Social Solidarity, and the Director General of the General Administration for Irregular Employment Welfare, in coordination with the Menoufia Governorate, directed quickly to take the necessary measures to disburse the necessary aid to the families of the victims, and to disburse aid to the injured according to each case determined by the medical report on the accident.
The two ministers and the governor offered their sincere condolences to the families of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.
