During the 2026 work season, the Australian mission affiliated with Macquarie University, working in the Beni Hassan archaeological area in Minya Governorate, implemented a package of development works within the tombs area, as part of ongoing efforts to preserve the archaeological heritage and raise the efficiency of the site in proportion to its historical value.
