Earlier, the competent investigation authorities decided to refer those accused of endangering the lives of children inside Seeds International School to the competent trial.

During its statement regarding the investigations into the Seeds School incident, the Public Prosecution announced that an arrest warrant had been issued for a person residing in Gharbia Governorate, for promoting a rumor that the accused had committed immoral acts on behalf of foreign parties with the aim of publishing them on the Al-Drak website for financial gain.

Today, the military court issued a ruling in the Seeds School case, acquitting two of the defendants instead of the death penalty, and upholding the death sentence against four.

The Public Prosecution issued a statement regarding the details of the incident, which stated: The Public Prosecution monitored the publication by some media outlets and social media pages of false news regarding the ongoing investigations into the case known in the media as the Seeds School case, as it included rumors that behind the perpetration of this incident were foreign organizations and entities that incited the accused to commit these immoral acts with the intention of causing disruption in Egyptian society, and to publish them on the Dark Web for financial gain. This news would have caused panic among people and disturbed public peace.
