Major General Hani Rashad, Governor of Suez, confirmed his keenness to carry out daily and continuous field tours in various neighborhoods of the governorate, to follow up on the level of services provided to citizens on the ground, and to ensure the regularity of work in all vital sectors, stressing that field presence is the true way to monitor problems and deal with them immediately.
The governor explained in press statements that the executive agencies are working according to a precise follow-up plan that includes continuous visits to bakeries, hospitals, goods sales outlets, and gas warehouses, to ensure the provision of a service worthy of the Suez citizen, while taking decisive legal measures against any violations.
He pointed out that his surprise tours aim to ensure the quality of the loaf of bread, adherence to the prescribed weights, and the availability of basic goods at the specified prices, in addition to monitoring the level of medical services within the health units, and ensuring that procedures are facilitated for citizens, especially the elderly and people of determination.
The governor stressed the importance of direct communication with citizens during field tours, and listening to their demands and complaints, assigning district heads and district directors to quickly respond immediately to any observations, and to work to continuously improve the level of services.
Major General Hani Rashad stressed that the governorate will spare no effort in achieving discipline in all sectors, and improving the quality of life for citizens, through daily follow-up, serious field work, and full coordination between all executive agencies.
