Yousra El Lozy: Children should not be the reason for continuing married life
Yousra Al-Lawzi said: Children should not be the reason for the continuation of marriage, in an atmosphere of great and deep problems between husband and wife, and what is important is the state of understanding between them, and in the latest events of the series Once Upon a Time, we found the heroine saying, “I was looking for my life and myself.” I was also very affected by the court scene during the events of the series, and it was repeated a lot, and when the artist Majed Al-Kedwany spoke, I cried deeply for what he said.
She added: The scene of Master Sen is my request for divorce, and the scene of the apartment empty of furniture after the divorce, and inside me I feel guilty, in addition to two scenes with my mother because she is the reason for what I have reached.
She pointed out that she cannot blame the wife for her decision to file for divorce when she is wrong in some matters, and there is no similarity between Dalia’s divorce in the series and her private life, and the message of the series is that life continues with love, understanding and respect when separated, and the suicide scene of the heroine of the series was not suicide in the understandable sense.
It is worth noting that the events of the series Once Upon a Time revolved around, after 15 years of monotony, a midlife crisis strikes the stability of a small family, when the wife decides to break the shackles of marriage and demand a divorce in search of a new life and a love story that will restore her lost passion.
The husband’s desperate attempts to restore the relationship turn into a fierce war as soon as new people appear in his ex-wife’s life, and the end turns into a bitter dispute and a major custody case, and at the heart of this conflict, their only daughter stands victim to emotional rupture, forced to choose between two worlds.
