Al-Buhaira Electricity Distribution Company announced the disconnection of electricity from a number of areas and villages within the “Central and North Al-Buhaira” sectors, today, Saturday, March 28, 2026, to carry out programmed periodic maintenance work to ensure the quality of service and the stability of the electrical supply.
Beheira Electricity announces that power will be cut off in several areas today, Saturday, for maintenance work
Maintenance work includes several centers in the central sector, and the dates and affected areas are as follows:
Damanhour: Power cut from 9:30 am to 1 pm to the Mahallat area in the army housing and Al-Hush Road. The areas of “Hussein and Dhabsh, Al-Arab, and Rahouma” are affected from 10 am to 1 pm, and the “Shaab Distributor” area (Al-Safi, Lito, Zahrat Al-Bahariya, Rustam, Khorshid, Al-Hamra, Al-Don, Salvago, and Al-Sabahat) is also affected from 12 noon to 1 pm.
Shubrakhit: Power cut from 10 am to 12 noon to the Abtuk, Ismania, and Abu Manjoj water stations.
Itay Al-Baroud: Electricity was cut off in the villages of “Sheikh Ahmed, Daqduqa, Jabaris, Khamara and its environs” from 11 am until 3 pm, and the village of Nakla Al-Anab from 10 am until 2 pm.
Kom Hamada: Cutting off the power to the areas of “Al-Tairiya, Manshayyah Aburia, Al-Ittihad, and Al-Tairiya Island” from 10 am to 1 pm, and Biban village from 9 am to 11 am.
North Lake Sector
The company has adopted a maintenance schedule for the northern sector, extending in some areas for seven continuous hours:
Abu Homs West: Power cuts from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm to the areas of (Sheikh, Ragheb, Latif, Basili, Omar Muhammad, Salem, Al-Zaini, Nazmi, Zayed, Al-Rubaie, and Ibrahim Al-Sheikh). The outages also include immigrants’ residences, Al-Mawqif Street, Al-Souq Street, Fish Circle, and middle schools.
Rashid: The public market and court area were affected by a power outage from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Al-Buhaira Electricity Distribution Company calls on citizens, hospitals, bakeries, and service facilities located in the affected areas to take the necessary measures and manage their electricity needs during the announced outage period, provided that the power returns regularly as soon as the technical maintenance work is completed.
