Minister of Youth and Sports, Gohar Nabil, met with the players of the national gymnastics team at the men’s, women’s and junior levels, in preparation for participating in the African Championship next May.

The face of Johar Nabito Speaking to the national team players, he expressed his belief and trust in them to give their best in the tournament to serve their country.

In his speech to the players, Johar said: “You can be world champions if you have the will to achieve it, which is what I saw today on the faces of the national team players at all levels.”

The Minister of Youth and Sports ended his speech to the players by emphasizing the state’s full support for them, and they are also fortunate to have the president of an Egyptian federation and board members working at the heart of one man.

Earlier today, Gohar Nabil, Minister of Youth and Sports, was keen to meet with the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Gymnastics Federation, headed by Dr. Ihab Amin, President of the Egyptian and African Gymnastics Federations and a member of the Executive Office of the International Federation, and in the presence of Japanese Morinari Watanabe, President of the International Gymnastics Federation.

The meeting came a few hours before the start of the World Cup for Men’s and Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (Aerobics), which is hosted by Egypt and begins this afternoon in the indoor hall of Cairo International Stadium. It is scheduled to continue until April 6, and its activities will be held in the indoor hall complex of Cairo Stadium.
