The spokesman for Iran’s Khatam al-Anbia Central Headquarters described the American power as having “transformed from a strategic power into a strategic failure,” stressing that the United States, despite its claim to be the world’s superpower, if it had been able to get out of the impasse it faces, it would have done so a long time ago.
In a sharp speech, the speaker warned against calling any American failure an “agreement,” noting that “the era of your promises is over,” that the world today is divided between only two fronts: truth and falsehood, and that any free defender of truth will not be tempted by the influence of the American media.
He added that the level of internal disputes within the United States had reached a point of “negotiating with oneself,” stressing that any American investments in the region or the return of energy and oil prices to their previous levels will not happen until Washington realizes that stability in the region is guaranteed by the strength of the Iranian armed forces.
The spokesman stressed that Iran’s will will not allow any situation to return to its previous state unless the idea of acting against the Iranian people is completely erased from American minds, adding: Our first and last word from day one was, and still is, and will not be otherwise: No one like us will reconcile with anyone like you. Not now, not ever.
In a previous statement, Trump revealed what he described as a “confidence-building gesture” from the Iranian side, saying that Iran had provided a “big gift” related to oil and gas and their flow in the Strait of Hormuz, considering that this indicates that Washington is dealing with “the right parties” in Tehran.
